Collaborated directly with the Director of Education, Dawn Snyder, to facilitate seamless communication and execution of educational initiatives. Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills by consistently delivering engaging newsletters bi-weekly. These newsletters featured educational links and videos, effectively promoted classes and events, and adhered to strict weekly deadlines, growing our class attendance rate by 43%. Spearheaded the development and implementation of an efficient registration protocol for classes, which involved sending Zoom links, reminders, hosting classes, and meticulously maintaining attendance and class data spreadsheets. Established and maintained a robust video editing and delivery pipeline for the ADG Education Department, ensuring a smooth flow of high-quality content production, doubling our Video Views within a year. Skillfully trained and managed team members, enabling them to host and edit class videos. Additionally, I supervised an external team of 5 editors to ensure adherence to ADG Education Department standards, successfully completing 58 educational videos in 2022, along with various Special Projects videos. Exhibited filmmaking & editing prowess by independently handling the shooting and editing duties for numerous videos, showcasing versatility and a dedication to maintaining the highest quality of content. Fostered effective collaboration by directly coordinating with industry professionals, such as Universal Studios and Epic Games, to meticulously plan and execute Master Classes and other Zoom and live events.

Demonstrated exceptional growth and talent, initially serving as a Set Decor Assistant for Season 1, and rapidly earning promotion to the role of Set Decor Coordinator for Season 2, exhibiting versatility and dedication to the Department's success. In charge of meticulously tracking Set Dec spending and assisting in the creation of episodic budgets for the Set Dec Department. I worked closely with Accounting, opening accounts, issuing POs & reconciling PCards, and Petty Cash for the Set Dec Department. Successfully managed a diverse range of responsibilities, including establishing and managing accounts at prop houses, working with legal to secure clearances for artwork and images, providing research for new sets, collaborating seamlessly with the Art Department Graphics team, efficiently handling Dropbox management, maintaining our department calendar and crafting impactful Keynote presentations for new sets, contributing to the overall organization and efficiency of the Department.
